Rooibos tea is chopped very finely, and a
fine-mesh strainer is needed for bulk tea to avoid particles
in the brew. Approximately one level teaspoon of Rooibos is
needed per cup. If brewed in larger quantities, excess tea can
be kept on hand and reheated. It will not become cloudy, bitter,
nor lose any of its flavour or colour.
